LE BREUIL-EN-AUGE - 14130
A commune with a primarily agricultural vocation until 1860, Breuil-en Auge however always had an industry besides the castle, built in the 16th century at the edge of the Touques River. In the middle of the Touques Valley stands a large brick masonry which was used as a spinning mill, as a cheese dairy specialized in the manufacture of the Camembert cheese, as a chocolate factory and then as a cider-house.
