NOROLLES - 14100
Norolles is on the road of Lisieux and in the heart of the augeron countryside.
The Saint Denis church respects the architectural tradition of the region because its entry is sheltered by a wood porch which allowed to the lords to come in the church without being wet in case of a bad weather.
Lastly, the half timbering is visible from the castle of Saint Maclou built in the 15th century.
However, the farm of the valley is atypical for its construction with cut stone, which is very uncommon for a area where the half timbering is the most expanded.
